At We Be Shabbatin’, each item is made with care and intention. Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we are committed to making things right if there is an issue with your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at webeshabbatin@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Resolution Options

Once your claim is reviewed, we will offer one of the following on a case-by-case basis:

  • Replacement (preferred option): We will send a new item at no additional cost
  • Refund: Issued to your original payment method if a replacement is not suitable

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Shipping delays once the item has been dispatched
  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences
